Winter Tea Box

This is the box I’d want someone to hand me on a cold, dark evening.

Three of my herbal teas, hand blended in small batches here in Wales, with a pretty heart strainer so you can brew them straight away. Add a jar of my Magic Balm and a cacao treat, and you’ve got everything you need to slow down, warm your hands round a mug and give yourself a bit of care this winter.

• Winter Solstice tea (cinnamon, cloves, mugwort and rose hips) for slower winter evenings
