Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I initially started working with Kathy during one of the darkest times of my life. My abusive marriage of 15 years had just fallen a part. My health was a list of incurable ailments. I was in constant pain. With a 4 year old and a new born to look after, and virtually no support.

Working with Kathy really helped me realise that what I thought was a normalish childhood had impacted my thinking and health in a massive way. (And I’m still working on that, but knowledge is power).
I’ve realised I don’t need to hide things and keep them a secret, I should not be ashamed of the abuse, I didn’t ask for it.
And as a result of being open I have come to realise I have more support than I thought.

I was initially hesitant to work with Kathy as I didn’t really understand what she did. But as I’ve had more sessions I’m starting to realise there is very little else in terms of coaching/ therapy that can delve into the issues that Kathy does, that I’ve come across anyway.

I signed up to deal with my emotions, have ended up learning to deal with not only my emotions, but my pain and ailments too.

I feel much calmer about things that happened in the past and after my session with kathy I can now truefully say I can put those bad memories behind me now when they come into my sub consciousness. It's all in the past and dealt with now.
Thank you Kathy your healing has made a massive difference to my life

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an energy healing session with Kathy yesterday and within a few minutes she was able to get to the root of my issues from my childhood, which she then proceeded to heal. Ever since I have felt lighter, calmer, happier and less stressed!! I've still got work to do myself but having the knowledge of what was causing my blocks and what my thought patterns were is really going to help!!

I cannot recommend Kathy highly enough!!!
