TERMS OF SALE
The following Terms of Sale set out the terms applicable to the sale of physical products by Healing From Within. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Sale.
PRODUCTS
These Terms of Sale apply to all physical products sold through Healing From Within, including but not limited to:
• Mushroom tinctures
• Flower essences
• Herbal teas
• Balms and skincare products
• Herbal preparations
• Other natural health and wellbeing products
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All product descriptions, ingredients and usage information are provided in good faith.
Individual responses to foods, herbs, supplements and natural products vary from person to person.
Healing From Within does not guarantee any specific results, benefits or outcomes from the use of any product.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists and ensuring products are suitable for their own circumstances before purchasing.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have concerns regarding the suitability of a product, please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
If you experience any unwanted effects, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice if required.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Healing From Within reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.
PRICING
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
DELIVERY
Orders are typically dispatched on Fridays.
Orders placed before Friday will usually be included in that week's postal run. Orders placed after dispatch may be sent the following Friday.
Delivery times after dispatch are dependent on the postal service and cannot be guaranteed.
Healing From Within cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, weather conditions, industrial action, or circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, consumable and topical products cannot be returned once opened, used, or unsealed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Mushroom tinctures
• Flower essences
• Herbal teas
• Balms and skincare products
• Herbal preparations
Opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, customers must notify Healing From Within within 14 days of delivery so that an appropriate resolution can be arranged.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
Refunds will only be issued once returned items have been received and inspected.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Healing From Within products are sold as food supplements, herbal preparations, skincare products, and wellbeing products as applicable.
Healing From Within shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of its products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their own individual circumstances, allergies, sensitivities, and health conditions.
