Last year, while my children had their fun advent calendars, I found myself searching for something just for me. I didn’t want chocolate, cheese, gin or crochet projects. None of those felt nourishing or supportive. What I really wanted was a wellness advent calendar: something natural, meaningful and uplifting.

When I couldn’t find one, I decided to create it myself.

That’s how the Plant-Powered Advent Calendar was born.
